Terms of use

Nikaalle is operated by Chiragh Educational and Welfare Trust, Barri Phulwariya, Bajpatti, Sitamarhi, Bihar 843314. By creating an account you agree to these terms and confirm you have read the privacy notice. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees to them for you.

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; carrying on using Nikaalle after that means you accept it.

Nikaalle is a preparation tool for NEET (UG), JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced): study plans, notes, practice questions, mock tests and analytics.

• We are not affiliated with the National Testing Agency, the National Medical Commission, the IITs or any exam body. Always rely on the official information bulletins for dates, eligibility and patterns.
• We work hard to be accurate, and every question and note written for students is reviewed by a second person before they see it (questions still being written are shown as labelled placeholders), but mistakes happen. Report one from the question itself, or through contact.
• Predicted scores, ranks and percentiles are estimates from practice data. No one can promise a result, and we do not.

• Give accurate details, including your date of birth. One account per person; do not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• If you are under 18, your account opens only after your parent or guardian consents, and they may withdraw that consent at any time.

Do not:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, notes or tests, or share paid access;
• try to get around a limit, a paywall or a test’s timing, or access another person’s account or data;
• post anything unlawful, abusive, sexual, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone’s rights — or any contact details or links in discussions;
• impersonate anyone, or disrupt, probe or overload the service.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close an account that does so repeatedly or seriously. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Our questions, solutions, notes, tests, software, name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may use them for your own preparation.

What you post in discussions stays yours. You let us show it on Nikaalle, and moderate or remove it, for as long as it is up. Your private notes are only ever shown to you.

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Quarterly and Annual) are one-time payments for a fixed period; they do not renew automatically.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Every payment gets a GST invoice.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

You can ask us to close your account and erase your data at any time, from Settings → Privacy & data or the grievance page. Unused paid time is handled under the refund policy.

We provide Nikaalle with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for exam outcomes, for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer under Indian law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

• Complaints about content posted on Nikaalle are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
• Consumer complaints — about the service or a payment — are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
• Requests about personal data are answered within 90 days at the latest; see the grievance page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any dispute with us first; if we cannot resolve it, the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
