How a request works
You send it
From this page, or from Settings → Privacy & data if you are signed in, where it is tied to your account.
We acknowledge it
An email with a reference number, straight away. Quote it if you write to us again.
We answer
Within 90 days at the latest — usually much sooner — with what was done, or why not.
Make a request
Anyone may make one — a parent, a former student. Signed in, it is tied to your account; otherwise we check the address is yours before disclosing or erasing anything.
